On this episode of the Harder Working Money Podcast, host Brian O’Neill interviewed Jeffrey Donis, a real estate investor and syndicator who began his investment journey with his two brothers in college. Presently, they have partnered on more than 1,000 multifamily apartment units in target markets like Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.
Jeffrey shared their journey, which began with discovering wholesaling and eventually led them to apartment syndication. They invested in courses and joined a mastermind group to gain knowledge and network with other sponsors. Jeffrey emphasized the importance of education, taking action, and surrounding oneself with experienced people to succeed in the industry. He also cautioned against bad advice and misleading media about investments and encouraged listeners to take control of their money and invest intelligently.
